| ELMs: | LIG_MYND |
| Description: | The MYND finger is a protein domain with a Cys6-His-Cys-motif found in some transcription factors, Suppressin (SPN; a suppressor of cell proliferation), and BS69 and m-Bop, putative transcriptional cofactors. The MYND domain of BS69 has been shown to interact with the viral tumour antigens E1a and ENBA2 as well as with MGA, a Myc-related protein ( 11733528), while the MYND domain of m-Bop binds the transcriptional activator skNAC ( 12011100). All these interactions involve one or two PXLXP motifs. |
