o  Switches

This ELM instance is part of the following 1 switching mechanism annotated at the switches.ELM resource:
  • SWTI000678:
    ELM Switch SWTI000678

The transcriptional coactivator YAP1 and the ubiquitin ligase Itch competitively bind to the same WW-binding motif of p73. Binding of YAP1 prevents Itch-mediated ubiquitylation of p73, resulting in stabilisation, and increases trancriptional activity of p73.

o  Pathways

KEGG: The sequence O15350 is implicated in the following 4 Pathways: (color codes: This sequence=red, interacting sequence=orange)
